Six United States Governors have written and sent a letter to the US Treasury pleading with the Government to grant low interest rate loans too struggling US automakers. I think these 6 should take matters into their own hands rather than ask the federal government to step in. They could offer tax incentives within their own states. This is something they ask Governors have the power and authority to do.
