It looks the proposed GM/CHRYSLER merger is getting closer to getting done. Details of the deal have emerged showing that GM will be buying Chrysler from New York private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management LP. Both sides have been talking for months, but the pace recently has increased. We might see a deal before the end of the month.
