In a move to force teens to exercise safer driving habits starting next year, Ford Motor Company. will introduce a new feature aimed at giving parents more control. Including the ability to limit teen drivers' (or anyone else who borrows their car -- husband or wife) speeds to 80 miles per hour, set a maximum volume on the stereo system and program the car to sound continuous alerts if the driver takes off the seat belt.
